Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or use the Comlytix AI Assistant, we may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, industry, role, product interest, business model, connected systems, priorities and workflow information you choose to provide. The secure enquiry service may also record technical context such as the page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, browser user agent and approved website origin.

AI Assistant and local storage

The guided AI Assistant stores unfinished answers in your browser so you can move between pages without losing progress. Those answers are not sent to Comlytix until you review the recommendation, provide privacy consent and choose to submit the enquiry. You can clear the locally stored assessment from the assistant at any time. The initial recommendation is a guided product-path assessment and does not constitute professional, financial or operational advice.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand the operating context, maintain a record of the conversation, protect the website and improve service relevance.

Analytics

Google Analytics is installed across public pages using Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage defaults to denied and is enabled only after a visitor grants consent. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.

Storage and access

Enquiry records are intended to be stored in the configured secure backend. Access should be restricted to authorised people who need the information to respond or administer the service.

Data retention

Records should be retained only for the period required to respond, manage the commercial relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. The deployed business must define and operate the final retention schedule.
